Pepper Jack Turkey Meatloaf

A delicious turkey meatloaf with bits of melted pepper jack cheese throughout.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. of ground turkey
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 3/4 lb Pepper Jack Cheese cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup of ketchup to top with

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients, except the ketchup.  I fold the cheese chunks in at the end.
  2. Top with the ketchup.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
